Yes, that is indeed a positron core that Dy-Gar just pulled out of Arjuna’s arm, and yes, he doesn’t even acknowledge it. I think it’s telling of his growth as a character that his plan for galactic domination is no longer at the forefront of his mind, even with the last piece to his starship in his possession. Of course, now that they know about the satellite quarantine, maybe Dy-Gar’s not too excited to launch into space anymore...
