Strip 9: Enter Cygnus Jones

And what an entrance it is. Jones has been mentioned several times now, and has even had dialogue off-panel at the beginning of Part II, but I wanted to keep his appearance a surprise until now. The point being, Jones is a very contemporary human-sounding name, and he’s...not a contemporary human-looking fellow. I didn’t just name him that for a one-off surprise, though - his naming convention is a part of who he is, and a component of how alien races are treated in the “present day.” We’ll get into that more later, so for now, enjoy the fireworks!
