Strip 34: Escape Velocity

Originally, I was going to have a line about Roger being non-magnetic (since it would be a little awkward for a prosthetic arm to keep getting stuck on things), but there was no way to insert it naturally. I love science fiction, but I hate it when a character decides to overexplain some complicated scientific phenomenon in the middle of an action scene. It's only slightly less awkward than the Troll 2 Kid, and yet some very famous comic writers get away with it (*coughJodorowskycough*). Anyway, you can tell he’s not magnetic because he's clearly being dragged by Dy-Gar, not propelled by the rings. That's why he hits the ring and flies out sideways.
