Strip 25: Two Lost Souls

...swimming in a fishbowl. Sorry, couldn’t resist a Pink Floyd reference (that’s two so far, for the folks at home keeping score). This strip covers one of the most crucial points I wanted to get at with this conversation - why does an organic-hating mechanical maniac envision his sole deity as a Cyktan? Is she just a figment of his damaged Thought Matrix, or is she something else? We’ve sort of teased the idea that Dy-Gar doesn’t really know who or what the Goddess is, but here he finally confronts her with his doubts. Like me, the Goddess isn’t offering any answers, just more questions.
